How do I choose the right therapist?

Start with each clinician's areas of focus, approach, and availability. If you are still unsure, contact the clinic and we can help you consider the best fit.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes. Virtual appointments are available alongside in-person sessions at our Ottawa clinic. Availability varies by clinician.

Are services covered by insurance?

Coverage varies by plan and practitioner designation. Check whether your plan covers Registered Psychotherapists or Registered Social Workers before booking.

What happens after I book?

You will receive confirmation and intake information through Jane. Your clinician will review the next steps with you before or during your first appointment.
